Cancellation Policy

1. In case of order cancellation, please cancel the order before it is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For most products, the standard return window is 3 days.
2. The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
3. If pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return/exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

We accept refund requests in case of a quality, size, colour, or design mismatch, or if an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged in a combo order.

Once the product has been picked up, the refund will be processed within 7 working days through the same payment method used for the transaction.

Note for Returns

• Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product must have its original packaging and tags intact.
• Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be collected/processed as per the applicable refund procedure.
